Join Peter Liddle for a walk round the grounds of Groby Old Hall for an external look at the house, a visit to the Norman motte and the area of the Time Team excavations and geophysical surveys. This site was a castle of the Earls of Leicester, the home of the Ferrers and Grey families and that of Elizabeth Woodville, Edward IV’s Queen.
